Over time, those things add up.

We’ve rolled out a set of updates to the Elevate IQ interface to improve how the platform works in practice.

These changes are part of ongoing work to make the platform easier to use day to day, particularly for teams working across billing, customers and reporting.

Here’s what’s changed…

 

Clearer navigation

The main menu has been simplified so it’s easier to see where everything sits.

You can move between areas of the platform more quickly, without having to stop and work it out as you go.

 

More consistent buttons and links

Buttons and links are now more consistent across the platform.

That makes it easier to see what’s clickable and what action you’re taking, without having to second guess your way through a page.

 

Easier to work with data

Billing data can be dense.

We’ve refined how it’s presented so it’s easier to scan and work with.

Tables, layouts and spacing have been tightened up so you can find what you need faster.

 

A more consistent experience overall

The interface has been standardised across different areas of the platform.

Less time adjusting. Less friction moving between screens.
